It is also our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. On rare occasions when we do not meet your expectations or you are not completely satisfied with your goods then we are here to help. If for any reason you want to return a product to us we offer an easy 30 day returns plan. We will happily refund you for any items that are returned unworn or unused within 30 days of you receiving the item and within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. Items should be returned complete with all original tags, packaging and in original and resalable condition. You will need to pay the cost of returning the item/s to us.

Our orders are dispatched promptly and we are unable to cancel orders if they have already been dispatched. If your order has already been sent out, you will need to use our Returns process and send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of notifying us that the order is cancelled.

EXCHANGES

We will happily exchange any items that are returned unworn or unused within 30 days of you receiving the item and within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Items should be returned complete with all original tags, packaging and in original and resalable condition. You will need to pay the cost of returning the item/s to us.

Before returning your item(s) inform us of the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange so we can check our stock, and if necessary, reserve them for you.

Please note, if you require an exchange for products which had free delivery, we reserve the right to make an additional charge for the delivery of any replacement item(s). If the exchange item(s) differ in price from the original order you can send us an email authorizing us to accept payment from your initial payment card for any additional amount required. Any payment due from ourselves for an exchange will be refunded back to your payment card within 14 days, of receiving your returned product.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

This policy does not affect you statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, incorrectly described or sent in error. Your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations is unaffected. Under no circumstances must a product be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted it in its damaged condition. Before a replacement item or refund can be issued, the item must be returned for our inspection since it may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. All postage fees will be reimbursed for valid claims.

EXCEPTIONS

Please note that goods that have been made to bespoke specifications or personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

 


 

RETURN PROCEDURE

1.  Notify us in writing or by email that you wish to return your items and cancel your contract with us. You may find it convenient to use this Cancellation Form but it is not obligatory. 

1.1.  Be sure to include your name, address, order number and reason for return in all correspondence.  Please tell us if you require an exchange or refund.  Returned items that are missing these details may be subject to a delay in processing and refunding.

2.   Ensure your return is well packaged, and do not affix tape, adhesives or write upon any of the product packaging or boxes as this could affect our ability to refund as outlined below.

2.1.  Returned items should be addressed to:

2.2.  During the time goods are in your possession you have a duty of care and must undertake to maintain them in good and original condition. You have the right to inspect the goods (as you would in a shop) but if the value of the returned item(s) is diminished as a result of handling beyond that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item(s),we may make a deduction from the refund for loss of value up to the contract price. Where packaging or boxes are an integral part of the product you must also make sure that there is no unnecessary damage to that packaging or box.

3.   Send the items back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your cancellation.

3.1.  You will need to pay the direct cost of returning the goods and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

4.  As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package or proof that the order has been returned.

4.1.  If you are a customer in the EU, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery. Extra costs arising from you choosing premium or express delivery that is more costly than our standard delivery will not be refunded.

4.2.  If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any return custom charges imposed by the British border authorities and any deliveries incurring such charges may be refused.

4.3.  We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as result of the reimbursement.
