Protect your glasses with this sturdy Italian leather glasses case.

Designed to fit glasses up to 15cm wide and 5.5 cm in depth the case has an inner brace at the bridge to provide strength and support the glasses whilst in the case.

The rigid structure provides protection for your glasses and has a belt loop on the back for convenience. The flap closes with a press stud fastener and the contrasting stiching is neat and strong. As with all Tumble & Hide products, the superb Vegetable Tanned Italian Leather is discreetly embossed and the case is attractively packaged in a box.

The item comes with certification of the 'Consorzio Vera Pelle Italiana conciata al Vegetale' - a guarantee of the authenticity and origin of the leather.

Vegetable tanning is a tradition that members of the Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather Consortium have practised for over 200 years, - these days using both antique recipes and state-of-the-art technology.
The transformation from raw hides into a durable material is a slow process that takes place in wooden drums using natural tannins extracted from chestnut or Argentinean quebracho trees. Despite modern technologies and machines nearly forty days are needed to transform raw hides into unique vegetable-tanned leathers.
The result is a material that ages without spoiling or compromising its durabilty and that gains a vintage feel with the warm colour shades and patina of a natural product.
